Teacher Appreciation

Yesterday was considered Teacher appreciation day.  We're a day late but we wanted to thank all of the teachers out there that do their part to make educational impacts on peoples lives.  There are a few teachers we know out there that goes up and beyond the call of duty to show their students how much knowledge is important.  Even though all of us do not work for a school we have all can be teachers, especially us parents.  It's up to us the most to expand our children's minds and to make sure that they have better chances in life.  Some teachers out there could care less on the education that your child receives so its up to you to make sure that your child is put in the best learning situation possible.  Over the years many teachers showed me the attention that I needed in order to succeed , and i appreciate them for that.  It can't be easy to get a group of people young or old to understand and follow what you are trying to explain, but great teachers find a way.  Along with the Military, teachers are also heroes that are often over looked since they work in a classroom.  Teachers should be given more respect and higher pay, since they do things for peoples kids that the parents don't want to do.  Most parents in a way depend on the teacher to raise their children and to provide them with morals.  This is a problem since not all teachers care about all of their students the same way.  It's up to us at home to be the other teachers that our children see everyday, because ultimately their success is put on our shoulders as parents.  So whether you did it yesterday or you are a day late like we are take the time to thank a teacher of some kind for their sacrifice and dedication they put forward everyday to give someone knowledge that they can carry with them for a lifetime.  There are good teachers and there are great teachers.  Good ones gives you knowledge and the great one gives you great knowledge as well as explain how to always obtain knowledge.  Since knowledge is power and most teachers are providing that, we have to consider teachers as the most powerful influences in our lives.  So once again we want to thank all of the teachers out their for being great influences to our younger generations as well as anybody that finds knowledge powerful.
